Vistry Group builds more homes in the UK than anyone else. But we do far more than that. We develop places people love, with community comforts ranging from play parks and orchards to schools and allotments. We build homes responsibly, for people at every stage of their lives, from first-time buyers, shared ownership and affordable homes to buy or rent, to life-long family homes.
We do this through our unique approach to building homes, by working with a range of partners, both public and private, who know what homes are needed most and where. This strategy maximises the number of homes, including quality affordable homes, that we can build every year. And that’s why, this year, we are on track to complete 18,000 homes – around half of which will be affordable.
And this is just the beginning. We plan to build even more homes next year, as we continue to play our part in addressing the housing crisis, providing more people with a place they are proud to call home.

As part of Vistry Group’s service and commitment to employment, skills, and opportunities and community engagement in 2017 we created our Skills Academy initiative.
Building Heroes provides a dedicated team, responsible for the delivery of welfare, employability skills, workwear, and progression into work, self-employment, or further training. Once graduating from our 5-week programme individuals will have achieved three qualifications on successful completion.
